Zack Spadaccia is a 2016 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in theatre. He currently works for 4Wall Entertainment in Lititz, PA as a production account manager where he works with clients to set up sales, rentals, and productions across the country.

After graduating college, Zack moved to Florida for a short period where he worked as an entertainment technician for Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. While there, he worked on the Consumer Events team which helps to create park wide events like Kinetix, Howl-O-Scream, and Christmas Town.

After returning to Pennsylvania, Zack began his time with 4Wall in the electronics department where he worked to maintain equipment for shows happening across North America. After 14 months, Zack was promoted to an Account Manager. He worked with clients and account executives on rentals and productions. When the pandemic shutdown live entertainment in early 2020, Zack faced the same fate as many others in the industry, spending much of 2020 without work. But, in November 2020, the company offered him a position to return and lead the video department through its continued rapid growth and transition to a new building. Finally, in summer 2021 he transitioned back to his pre-pandemic roll with the new title of production account manager

As mentioned, Zack graduated from Penn State where he studied theatre design & technology with an emphasis in lighting. He was an active member of the USITT@PSU student chapter and served as a production chair for Penn State’s annual music festival, Movin’ On. He was employed by the Bryce Jordan Center working on the stage crew for touring productions as well as lighting productions like THON and the athletic events. He has served on the local show call crew for national acts including Bruce Springsteen, Paul McCartney, Billy Joel, and more.

Zack is also a 2012 graduate of Liberty High School in Bethlehem, PA. During his time there, he was part of the special events & technical crew where he worked long hours making every event at Liberty possible. He still returns to his alma mater from time to time to assist on their larger productions. Zack has completed work on 50 theatrical productions and has worked on well over 200 other various productions, performances, and shows since first working on Grease, Jr. in 2006.

Besides working full time at 4Wall, Zack is also a freelance lighting designer, designing productions for local theatre. Zack is also an emergency services photographer and his work can be found on Facebook: @SpadacciePhotography. Outside of working, he enjoys going to Disney World, catching up with friends and family, exploring new places, and spending time with his girlfriend.
